One of my favorite things about a new catalog is the occasional “sleeper” product or stamp set. You know, the ones that totally escape notice on the first, second and third glances through the catalog. The things that one of my downline with bring to team training or a shoe box swap and I’ll go something like, “is that in the catalog?, Is it even Stampin’ Up?” Ok, I may not be the most observant of folkds and I’m blaming it on my age, my other 3rd shift job or thyroid issues, and totally not on my IQ?
While you’ll have to wait until my downline bring things to my attention for the full list, one of the items that I’ve found all.on.my.own is the My Meadow stamp set. It’s kind of tucked down on the bottom of the page on Pg 23. No adorable sample sitting right next to it to inspire you…so you may have done what I did…just flipped right past. But wait, go back…it’s a really cute set. I’m telling you…
Here’s a card that we did today on my Facebook Live. I told you yesterday that I would try to use the Snow Front set from the video and the My Meadow together. Check it out! and can i just say it’s WAY cuter IRL.
We will definitely use it in a class here in the next few weeks. You should come. Check out the class schedule here!
It’s the start of a New Year and a host of new Stampin’ Opportunities! Saleabration and the new Jan-June Catalog debut on Friday and I snuck away from the family this week to have a little crafting time in the studio. I’m sharing it with you here on Facebook Live. Speaking of FB Lives, mark your calendars for Wednesdays at 9:30CT for your weekly dose of stinkincutecards!
It’s been decided that this card is going to be one of the super cute cards that we will be doing on Jan 25th at Camp Stamp-In-Oga! Check it out! We hope you can attend!
Just in case you’ve missed the Facebook Live…
I’m hoping that you’ve all had a lovely holiday and are basking in the glow of family, friends and really good eats. We, typically, celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday with my mom’s family as long as I can remember. It’s evolved to the typical Thanksgiving spread where everyone brings their signature dish, year after year. (Mine’s squash casserole with is so yummy it tastes like pumpkin pie.) Today Ella and I may hit a few stores for the Black Friday shopping but plan to spend a little time in the studio as well.
Here’s what I’ve been working on this week. It’s so gorgeous in person and was one of the cards we did this week in class. Watch how easy it is to complete during my Facebook Live. Make sure you like my Facebook page and join us each week at 9:30CT for a weekly dose of Stampin’ fun.
I would love to be YOUR Stampin’ UP Demonstrator.

Popping really quickly here today with a quick video showing you a great little pocket card from class this past week as well as quick tip on getting a reverse moose image that we used at layout class as well. This set, Seasonal Wreaths, is one of those “sleeper sets” in the holiday catalog. You know the kind…the ones that just simply don’t catch your eye until you’ve seen a couple of really cute things done with them. 🙂 Check out the Facebook live on my You-tube channel.
