We are home from camping in Door County, WI. It's an annual expedition with a whole bunch of our church friends and family and it's probably my kids' favorite trip all year. It's mostly relaxing, completely fun and oh so entertaining…and now we trying to get back into the swing of things around here. Camper is unloaded and just needs to be cleaned out but basically all the piles that were IN the camper are now on my kitchen and living room floor. "Let's go camping…it will be fun" they said…and it was!….they just neglect to tell me how much "fun" clean up is. :) oh well. It's not like we've never had piles on the floor before. Not the first and certainly won't be the last. I will gladly deal with the piles to insure years of wonderful memories.
I did jump right back into the swing of things, stamping-wise. I have Coffee, Cards, and Biscotti this week (Monday and Tuesday), albeit, the biscotti offering was a tad meager? I've got about three dry old ones in the jar. I wonder why no one took any yesterday…hmmm. I just don't understand! 🙂 But the cards were adorable and my opinion is that, cute cards is the MOST important..biscotti is an afterthought. This was a fun little card that I whipped up for class today. It's using the Birthday Banners set. A good friend had a birthday yesterday and I was planning on giving it to her, but it looks like it may have fallen victim to a stamp pad. Good thing I know where I can find more cardstock! Easy fix…
