Tis March and with it, everything St. Paddy's Day.  This is the time of year that I'm often asked if I'm Irish and alas, I will have to admit, only on March 17th.  I will say that Shamrock Green is one of my favorite colors (Garden Green, in SU-speak) and  my Ireland trip was the very first Scrapbook I ever finished…does that count?  I think it's the red hair (although it's heading toward gray!) and fair skin that makes one guess, Irish. I am fair mix of ethnicity, mostly Dutch and nearly a drop of Irish.

A dear friend posted a cute little meme on my Facebook yesterday…"if a redhead goes crazy, is it a Ginger Snap?"  Yup, I'm snappy!  :)  On many levels and yes, ginger snaps are my favorite cookie too!

….and speaking of crazy…It's been a little exciting around here as you can probably tell by the lack of posts.  Nothing earth shattering or amazing, just the normal business of teenagers, puppies, work and  soccer.  We spent a wonderful week in Phoenix with the family…came home for Adria's 18th birthday (Mall Scavanger Hunt- that was crazy fun!  I'll share photos at some point here.)  Part of her payment for puppysitting while we were gone, (plane ticket was cheaper than kenneling them, by the way) was a ticket to San Francisco so she's been having an awesome time there.  I asked Ella if she missed her today and she says, "nope!"  Nice that they love each other so…

I had my Punches and Punch Art class this week and here's the St. Patrick's Day Card we did.  Isn't he just adorable?  I dug out that old stamp set that I used to make that Ireland Scrapbook, Rainbow's End and used a little of my Blush Blossom Cardstock from my secret stash to make these little guys.  Nothing but the best for my class attendees, I'm nice that way.  :)  Enjoy!
