"Oh What a Beautiful Morning, Oh, What a Beautiful Day…." I'm in a really good place today. I was a little overwhelmed and stressed out earlier this week so I can't explain the attitude adjustment this morning? I didn't actually manage to carve out any stamping time this week (which always guarantees a better attitude) but I got a shot of crafting excitement yesterday meeting all my friends, old and new, at Madelines Rummage. We moved A LOT of things to new homes and many of you emailed saying what fun you had and all the GREAT deals that you picked up. Now, stampers, we only moved about 1/3 of the things out so you have to come and shop today or tomorrow. Don't miss out!
I left Cheryl's last night after the zaniness of the rummage and came home and headed out to my other happy place for a little weeding. It's such a zen thing…to put the row in order and all is good in my world. I've got quite a few more rows to weed but I'm the kind of girl that is ok with simple progress and it doesn't all have to be perfect, just that progress is being made? Is that weird? Made paninis for supper and played a game of Old Maid with Ella. She won but admitted that she cheated. Didn't realized the overhead light was giving it all away! I was supposed to work at the hospital too but I took a vacation day. Probably needed a mental health day by this point…and it worked. I'm singing Oklahoma musical songs in my head today.
