A Productive Day thus Far..

I told Rob that it would be a really good idea if he was in charge of the kids on Saturday as I needed to be chained to my stamping desk as I had a SERIOUS list of cards/projects and pages that I needed to design for upcoming classes.  I'm happy to report that I've made a nice little dent in that list!  My collage is finished (for class on April 11th) and all five cards are designed for Monday & Tuesday's class.  So now I need to make a decision…should I wrap it up for the day and head outside OR should I take advantage of the peaceful quiet and continue to down the list?  Hmmm…what to do!

Here's one of the cards that I used for my Hostess Club on Thursday and Friday.  Since I run the clubs as a open house where you drop in during the listed times, I'm able to run several clubs concurrently.  Now one of the clubs, is just finishing their 8 month session and it's time to restart in May.  On a budget but have a list?  Just need cute stamping ideas?  Maybe you just need to get out with fellow crafters.

I found an adorable card on our Stampin' Connection by a demonstrator named, Mackenzie Fuchs.  You can find it here on my Pinterest Pin.  I used several aspects of the card and added a few more things, changed and made it my own.  Here's my version for Hostess Club.

To make the picket fence, I used the Hexagon Punch on each of the Hardwood lines to make a little snip.  So that's just ONE of the cute cards that we did for club this week.  Join us NEXT MONTH!
