Let me remind you why you send Christmas cards or even, a card for any reason. It's like sending a paper hug to the recipient and lets them know that you care. Everytime that I get a card in the mail, I feel so very special and this week, I've been blessed with lots of paper hugs from friends and family alike. I'm reminded again of why I do what I do.
How about a Christmas Parade of cards that I've received this week. Love each and everyone of them and each and everyone of the senders!
I got this card from MeLynn O. Love the retro feel of it. The Mosaic Madness and chalkboard technique make this a really hip and cute card. Love it!
This is a card from Patti B. She's a long time demo in my group from Indiana. My group and I, miss her! I love everything about this card too. Colors are great – white, Cherry Cobbler and Marina Mist. Layout is great. Need to copy that too. Lovely card from a lovely lady!
Ha! Isn't this adorable? This one is from Jodi B, a long-time customer and now a NEW demonstrator! Whoo Hoo. This is SO STINKIN' Cute! My photography doesn't do it justice!
So that's the start of the parade. I made it home safely today in the midst of our winter storm. Comute was dreadful with even a handful of other unlucky saps out in the weather, but grateful for 4W drive and a warm home to come back too. I'm obsessing over a Culver's burger but here's a testament to the weather. I'm going to find something ELSE in the freezer. That's how much I do NOT want to be out tonight! And you know how I love junk food! Be safe yourself.
