Minnie Mouse with Gift Bow Bigz Die

One of my dear friends and customers, Candy S. was here on Saturday making her Let It Snow Collage and she mentioned that she had seen the Gift Bow Bigz Die used to make a Minnie Mouse.  Now, I couldn't find it after scouring Pinterest and Google but the seed was planted and I have to tell you that I think it turned out "Stinkin' Cute!"  So cute in fact, that we are stamping this card in my Coffee, Cards and Biscotti Classes today and tomorrow.

I used the Gift Bow Bigz Die to make Minnie's Hair Bow.  This is actually a gift card holder as when you pull Minnie's Ribbon up, the inside piece comes out with an envelope (envelope liner framelits – 132172) where a gift card to your favorite store can be added.  Like Starbucks! or Best Buy or Target or Tiffany's.  Wait, I don't think Tiffany's gives gift cards, do they?  That seems wrong too!  "I know I messed up so here's a gift certificate to Tiffany's?!"  If the man in your life messes up, they should sweat it out, picking out the perfect make-up gift right?

Now I've attached both the head and the ears to the main card body. It seemed a little wrong for her ears to leave her head when pulling out the gift card portion.  Minnie shouldn't suffer just so you can get your stinkin' birthday gift card….just sayin'.
