Do you hear that? No, it's not the whisper of butterfly wings…it's the serenity of silence when the kids go back to school in WHICH I CAN hear the whisper of those butterfly wings. Kids are back today and every year I feel a little guilty that I appreciate the quiet. I LOVE SUMMER and I do miss them when they go back but I do like the theory of uninterrupted work time for me. :) In theory I should be able to accomplish a lot more right? I suppose I'll just say that I LOVE every season and the fun and work time it affords.
I did feel grateful for the little time that I got to spend at my desk today. I have a class on Sept 9th & 10th called Punches and Punch Art and I decided that since the Papillon Potpourri and coordinating Bitty Butterfly Punch are available through the end of September as a BUNDLE and are 15% off, that I would use them to create an adorable little card for class. Love it! This card reminds me of the old Botanical Prints you find in museums. Nature usually needs no embellishment.
