Calling all frustrated Scrapbookers! Are you time and idea challenged and are finding all your pages end up looking the same? I can fix that for you. I've started a Layouts class here in the studio and each month the class members create 5 layouts to take home and finish with photos. It's seriously a fabulous way to scrapbook if you are finding yourself getting a little behind. Each member signs up for four sessions and at the end of their session they will have made 20+ pages! And of course, then they can sign up for another round for an additional 20+ pages. Do the math. In a year you will have made at least 60 layouts. When was the LAST time you were able to say that!
I was so thrilled when two of my favorite scrappers were working on the pages at the same time and when I asked them if they liked the class and layouts, they simultaneously and in unision said, "They are AWESOME!" Talk about job satisifaction!
This was the last layout that we did on Thursday night. I was inspired by a layout on Pinterest and I have to say that I've looked and looked so that I could give the creator a shout out and I CANT FIND IT. so on the off shot that you have a layout somewhat similar, please let me know! 🙂
- Stamps: That's the Ticket & Feels Good (spring catalog), Vintage Verses (Sale-a-bration Free Set*), Allhamra Wheel
- CS: Daffodil Delight, Basic Black and White
- Inks: Basic Black
- Misc; Ticket Punch, Boho Blossoms Punch, C" Bigz Circle Die, Rhinestons, White Gel Pen, Daffodil Delight Ribbon, Basic Black Ribbon, Itty Bitty Buttons,
I had the girls wheel extra scrap of white, punch extra flowers and tickets so that they could create an ADDITIONAL page at home should they prefer a double page layout and might have additional photos to add. (Hence, the 20+ pages that I said before!)
Note: Many of the girls prefer to hold off on glueing everything together and slide it all back into the Ziploc bag so that they have some flexibility when they have the actual photos. I'm adding the layouts to my photo album on my facebook page so that it's an easy reference place for them to access when it's actually time to scrap!
So why not? Come join us on Feb 28th. It's a GREAT way to scrapbook!
