Oh the naivety to think that I would have a spare guiltfree moment to catch up on blogging.  It's Christmas Vacation here at the Schueler household and while we haven't done anything earth shatteringly amazing, we've managed to keep ourselves so busy that the vacation has flown by.  We've had overnights, a ski day, we painted a magnetic chalkboard wall for Ella, made home-made bagels, played lots of board & cards games (Skip-bo, anyone?) and even a trip to the mall so I can't believe I told you a bit ago that "I'd pop in tomorrow and post a few more cards".  What was I thinking!

The kids are sleeping in this morning so I'm "working" here in the office and I even managed to sneak away last night to play with some of MY friends…for a couple of hours.  Oh the cute cards….!  I figured I owed it to myself as we are going sledding this afternoon and then I'm working this holiday at the hospital.  I will probably be too sore to move tomorrow.

So let me share a few more Christmas Card Samples with you!

  • This is a card sent by Michelle W. of West Bend, WI.  Isn't it so cute. Love the layout and everything about it.  She's used the Scentsational Season Stamp set listed on pg 16 of the Holiday Flyer.  As far as I can tell, it's not going to be available after Jan 2nd.  Get it NOW, just in case.  I LOVE the coffee cup in this set too.

  • DSCN0580This card was shared by Georgia W. of North Prairie.  She's used a retired SU set and has done some vintage tearing and sponging.  The embossing on this card is very regal.  Gorgeous.

DSCN0581This is a card sent by Barb D of Waukesha, WI and I love the design layout, the woodsy feel of this card, the sparkle, the coloring….another yummy card.

And lastly for today…

And lastly, this is from Edwina L of East Troy and it's a fun Snowman card with non-traditional colors.  Adorable and it's exactly what we will be doing this afternoon.  Wish us luck.  We hope we don't end up with this!  🙂

Pic29358I miss those Calvin and Hobbes days.  I think today would be a good day to pull out this old comics and sit by the fire instead!  :0
