And we are home…AGAIN.

Did you miss me?  Did you even realize we were gone….again?  My house, garden etc can really tell that I've been gone a scandalous 6 weeks this summer.  I'm getting a taste of retirement a whole lot earlier than I should.  This past week, after the FABULOUS Camp Stamp In Oga retreat, the kids and I traveled to Branson, MO to meet up with my brother's family and my parents.  We had an AWESOME time.  Not a lick of stamping or even blogging.  I know,weird for me.  I almost felt lost.  :)  So I'll share a couple of quick shots and then a card for this weeks Hostess Club. 

We spent one day at Silver Dollar City and I would recommend two days.  We pushed it and didn't even get time to SHOP (horrors) or watch any shows or visit the old time demonstrations.  It was ALL about the amusement rides and it was FUN..

And we spent A LOT of time just hanging out in the pool.  Ella has desperately missed her cousins since their move to TX.  She loved every second of it and you wouldn't be surprised if I told you that she didn't waste a moment extra, by sleeping?

So this week, it's back to work.  I've got a lot of "windshield time" on the schedule.  Adria has started driver's ed.  So I'm schlepping her back and forth to Oconomowoc every day for three weeks and then over to Physical Therapy in Brookfield and both kids have soccer practice around the metro Milwaukee area.  Hardly gives a girl time to stamp and scrapbook! 

I did manage to sneak in a few moments this morning and whipped up this little cutie.  It's for Hostess Club this week.  Want to check out club?  It's free when you drop by with a $25 order.  Studio is open for drop-ins on Thursday, Aug 16th from 5:30pm to 9:00pm and again, Friday, Aug 17th from 1pm to 9pm.  (I will have a club-sitter from 1-4 on friday)  I have acontinuing education seminar at the VA for that "other" job and this was literally the ONLY offering that was open to me.  🙁
