It's hard to believe how much of a yellow and gold hue the trees have taken on in just a few short days.  I adore spring and summer but I can say that I am thankful for fall.  It's a time of reaping and good eating.  Less work and warm fires and of course, caramel apples.  I am hoping to get out in the yard today to check on our pears and hopefully pick the few that our tree has given us.  I also am hoping to make a batch of raspberry jam to bring to the Waukesha Farmer's Market today.  Thanks to all my stamping friends that stop by and see our veggies and honey at the market.  I love to see you.  We are currently out of extracted honey (meaning bottled) and I am waiting for Rob to spin my last batch so I again and share the liquid sunshine with you all.  Love those little bees.  You know it's deer season so I'm not going to hold my breath waiting. So yeah, we've got lots to be thankful for.  Here's one of my favorite new Holiday Mini sets, Always Thankful.

Always Thankful5 Always thankful Lovely fall set and so versatile.

I know….I'm a weird one in that I LOVE to cut.  But you know, if you use the Paper Snips (103579) I103579S
, it's really short work and so easy and beautiful.  And NO, not all scissors are created equally.  It's like handing an artist a paintroller and saying paint me a portrait.  Special brushes for special projects.  Seriously, try one of our snips.  They are a cut above the rest.  hahaha.  Pun intended!
