We had a FABULOUS day on Saturday stamping cards for our deployed troops at the Waukesha State Bank in Oconomowoc. We had over 50 people come and make 8 cards, four of which they got to keep and 4 of which were donated to a friend of mine (Sandy Y.) that mails care packages to the troops and includes hand stamped cards for them to mail BACK home to family and friends. Sandy Y. went home with SEVERAL boxes of cards and we assured her that we'd love to do this again. I'll keep you posted. Remember, if you have additional cards to donate, I can make sure they are given to Sandy to ship out. Cindy B & Georgie L were the winners of the Hostess set doorprizes. They donated 7 lbs and 4 lbs of additional cards to the cause.

This is a fun fold card…the front two pieces flap up to reveal a message underneath each one. Simple but fun. The original card had the ties in different colors but we swapped it for a single color to make it a bit easier for new stampers!
