productive yesterday, creative-wise. I did manage to clear a 12" space on my paperwork piles but that may have just been due to the fact, like the wind and drifts, I just piled it elsewhere! I spent most of my time refereeing fights twixt the chillins. Tried sending them out to play but that lasted about 15 minutes before they were fighting again! I think the wee one needed a nap, or at least I did. I did manage to finish up my newsletter and get that sent out.
Here's one of the few cards that I managed to sneak away to work on. It's a card that will be included in my Designer Series Paper Kit – Botanical Gazette. (don't confuse it with the Stamps By Mail – yes, it's the same stamp set, but entirely different cards & different by-mail classes).
Now here's how these kits work. I sit down and design four cards and two scrapbook pages using the selected Designer Paper and pull together a variety of other cardstocks and accessories. Bundle them up in a zip-loc 12×12 bag. I then type directions and include photos for you so that you can complete the cards or the pages in the comfort of your home. You can copy them directly or substitute a different image.
Botanical Gazette Kit includes the following:
- 6 Sheets of Botanical Gazette Designer Paper
- 2 Sheets 12×12 Crumb Cake
- 1 Sheet Naturals White CS
- 1 Sheet Vanilla CS
- 1 Sheet Marina Mist CS
- 1 Sheet Cherry Cobbler CS
- 1 Sheet Early Espresso
- 1 Sheet Not Quite Navy CS
- 1 yd Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding
- 1 yd Crumb Cake Seam Binding
- 8 Pearl Jewels
- 3 Vintage Brads
- 3 Vintage Trinkets
- Various Circles and Scallop Circles
Kits should be ready for pickup or mailing by this Saturday, Feb 5th and will be available through Feb or until the prepared kits are gone. So hurry….

All for today. I'm hoping to get a chance to get to my stamping desk today and work on a few Valentine Favors that a customer had asked for. Hopefully I can share those with you tomorrow.
