We are all very slow moving this morning.  The kids had a half day and off all day today so there wasn't a lot of motivation to get up today.  Looks like it's going to be a another fairly nice day today.  I'm hoping the wind will dry up some of the water around here and the soccer field will be dry enough that the kids can get out of the house and run around!

Remember Fugue Friday?  It was something I had done a couple of times where I used a layout and changed it up a bit, colors or stamp sets etc.  Well, it's Friday and so let's fugue a moment.

Here's the original card.  It's a Christmas card

2 It was a card that we did at a class in November or December.  I think it may have been a variation of a swap card that I received at one of our demonstrator events.

Funky Christmas.   I have several extra packets of cardstock cut for this card and so I sat down with my stamps and whipped up a couple a fugues.  Can't just put those cut pieces back into the scrap drawer!  For shame!

Fugue #1:  This is actually one of the Stamps By Mail cards that my Stamps by Mailers will be doing.  I wanted something a little different from all the rest of the cards that I was sharing with them.  I didn't get all my cardstock cut yesterday so it's still not TOO LATE to join the fun!  Stamps By Mail.  The class that is delivered directly to your door!

  • Stamps:  Nature Walk, Say It Simply, Bliss
  • Inks:  Early Espresso, Crumb Cake
  • CS;  Crumb Cake, Vanilla
  • Misc:  Polka Dot and Square Lattice Emobssing folders.

I have a whole bunch of variations on this one and the next one.  Messed around with colors and sayings and I'm not going to make you see all of them.  Painful, like seeing someone's 8000 vacation photos…scrap those puppies and then we'll talk.  Just kidding.

2 Fugue #2  And here's my favorite.  I think this may be my swap card for my group meeting on Monday.  Sweet but simple.  Oh no…that means I have to cut more cardstock and I've just finished up all those others!

Seriously, have you considered becoming a demonstrator?  We are always looking for new stampers to join our team of demonstrators.  This has been a fabulous opportunity for me and I would love to share more information with you.  Call me at 262-521-3194 or email me and we can chat!

See that?  She's got eggs in her basket…just like I'm heading off to do as well.  Deliver eggs in Waukesha.  Spring must be coming as the girls are happily supplying us with eggs.  I'm heading off to share the bounty.  Should you wish to get in on that gig, simply email and we can talk about egg delivery!  I can deliver to Waukesha, Mukwonago, Delafield, Oconomowoc or parts in between….Farm Fresh eggs…nothing better.  Happy Fugue Friday.
