With this chillier weather we've been having I can believe that fall is JUST around the corner. I've noticed a hue change in the leaves and the mornings here in the office are BRRR chilly. We are hoping to put a pellet stove out here in the stamp room as the electric heat is hard to regulate and a killer on the electric bill! I also want to make it super cozy this winter for all my wonderful class and club attendees. Dad, you busy? Cuz I know hunting season is coming and Rob will be! :)
So, with Fall and Halloween just around the corner, I have been demoing the Top Note Frankenstein at my parties this month. This is the project that Margaret and her family and friends did last night at her workshop. Isn't he just adorable? It's super easy and oh so cute! I've got a couple open days here in Sept that we could book your party, CALL ME! You won't want to miss the fun things that I've got planned for your friends.
TIDBITS
& Triffles – just a few notes
- I used the Round
Tab punch for the nose.
The 1 ¼”
Circle Punch and the ½” circle punch are used for the eyes. The Gel Pen works great to make the
sparkle. - I’ve used Certainly Celery and Basic
Black for the body and box. - You will need to cut three Top Notes
for the Frankenstein- 2 in Celery and 1 – in Black. Cut the black about 1” from the top in a
zig zaggy pattern. This will be
Frank’s bangs. Glue the remainder of
the black Top Note on the second celery Top Note and use on the back of
the box to make the hair on the back of the head. - To order your Stampin’ Up! supplies – 24-7, Click here!
We made this one too! 🙂
