So did you miss me? We have spent the last week camping in Door County at the Peninsula State Park. It's a beautiful park and alas, it would have been even more beautiful had the sun felt the need to shine a smidge more. But we can say that we've missed out on the Milwaukee Flooding! Looks like today will be a good sleeping bag drying day. The kids had a blast and I'm not sure I can say I "love" camping, but its fun, kind of like gardening, is fun. A wholesome time-waster, but in a good way? Does that make sense?
Of course, the sleeping bags weren't even put away when I needed to hit the ground running. I had class yesterday and today and here's one of the easy but elegant ones. One of the girls had asked me to do some more samples with the Movers and Shapes Dies.
TIDBITS
& Triffles – just a few notes
- I used the Movers and Shapers Die #115953 to create the window in the
card. I love how it provides an
additional Oval Punch that layers well with our Scallop Oval Extra-Large
#119856 and our Large Oval Punch #119855. - I used the Die and then sent the cardstock back
through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Folder #117335. - I used the Woodland Designer Series Paper
on the top of the card. Don’t
forget this Woodland is the DSP kit of the month. Hmm, looks like I haven't shared all the samples. Might have to do that tomorrow.
