Seems like this month is just rushing by. We had a lovely spring break week capped off with a whirlwind weekend! My friend and fellow demo, Randee E, flew in from Dallas to attend our group shoebox swap on Friday night. Imagine going home with 44 completed full cards. It was wonderful! We had to have half of the cards finished before the event and then we stamped 22 at the event itself. Lots of work but oh so fun. Here's one of my swap cards at the event. I used the new set called Elements of Style. As a demo, we can preorder things from the upcoming mini catalog early. Lots of great perks for us demos!
Then we were up at the crack of dawn on Saturday to head downtown Milwaukee for the Stampin' Up! Regional. Yup, SU was in town! We were wowed with fabulous techniques, displays and ideas. I can't wait to share them with you all. Here's a shot of our stampin group. No, I'm not trying to show off my leg, I'm trying to hide the HUGE chocolate spot from eating chocolate covered strawberries during the event.
Pictured are Carol Lucindo, myself, Judy Knapp, Randee Erickson, Janice Borchart, Cheryl Lentz, Vickie Monosa, Marilyn Lesser and Hillary (Janice's downline)
One of the presenters at the event, Dena R, showed us some amazing ideas with one of my favorites, embossing folders. She and her friend, Gwen, made the trek out to the studio and we got to stamp some more that evening. Fun, fun, fun. Really my job rocks, wouldn't you like to join the Stampin' Up! family? I would love to get you more information!
Then the week was capped off with Adria's soccer tourmant in Rockford, Illinois. The team won their U-13 Puma Cup Challenge Tournament. Good job girls!
You aren’t really old enough to have a daughter that age, are you?!?
