It's Miscellaneous Monday and I was hoping to show you the cards we had finished for Denver's teacher. My plans for the weekend were to work on laundry all day Saturday and then on Sunday afternoon, the kids and I could play in the stamping cottage. Rob was out of town so the weekend was going to be relaxing….ok that sounds like we think he's high maintenance…I just mean the quality of the meals is more of the boxed or circular flat cardboard variety, and thus more "relaxed"…..but he called Saturday night and said he was on his way home. "um no, you are supposed to be gone all weekend!" Since he was going to home, we moved Ella's party up from Tuesday night to Sunday. I whipped the house into shape, whipped up some spaghetti and Mom finished up Ella's cake. She always makes the cakes for the kids and Ella had asked for a Monkey cake. Cute hey? So I did NO stamping this weekend again except on Saturday morning for one of the brides, we tweaked her invite. I have scads of stamping to do today though so I can share tomorrow. I did want to share the cake photos. Mom did a really nice job.

Did your mom and dad look alike? Your PGM could pass for your mom’s mom! Your mom has no wrinkles and you look like you’re cut from the same cookie cutter!
Hi Sarah,
The new blog looks great, I like what she did with the circles on the sides!
Cute monkey cake too…Happy B-day Ella 🙂
