Ireland was one of my all time favorite places to visit. My Aunt Marcia and I spent two weeks horseback riding around the area of Sligo about 8 years ago and so St. Patrick's Day has become a perfect excuse to pull out the shamrocks and toast the fine memories with a……cup of tea. If you ever get the chance to visit Ireland, do it! It's fabulous. And yes, I DO have the scrapbook of this trip COMPLETELY finished!
So it's in honor of St. Patrick's Day and anything remotely Irish, here's just a quick little card for you.
- Stamps: Love You Bunches
-
Inks: Glorious Green Marker, Basic Black
-
CS: Glorious Green, White
-
Misc: Scallop Edge Punch, Sponge, Heart to Heart Punch
This is a simple flap card, it's a variation of the one done here. I was cleaning out some cards that I'd prepped for workshops and was delighted to use up the precut extra cardstock. I stamped the three hearts on green CS and punched with the Heart to Heart Punch and arranged them on the cardstock in a shamrock formation. I'm using this card for tonight's Rubberstamping Card class at the Homestead Condos in Waukesha. Feel free to join us at 6:30pm. It's only $12.00 for 6 cards. Bring adhesive and get ready for FUN.
