Oh, oh, oh I’ve got another one to share with you. This is a sample for my April Showers class coming up on Monday, April 28th. Now, I was tempted to share all of the designs from this class but here’s the conversation, rationalization and discourse that I’ve had with myself. If I post all the samples, they will all love them and want to come to class! But wait, maybe not, everyone will just stay home and stamp without me and then my self-esteem will plummet because I’ll think I’ve got no friends. Then I’ll sink into the depths of depression and remind myself constantly of the time in 4th grade when the cutest boy in the class wouldn’t be my boyfriend because I had long arms. Then I’ll need hours of therapy on top of the physical therapy. My children will feel neglected because I’m always at some dr appt and will need therapy for that. Then I’ll feel guilty because my children are so neglected that I won’t feel inspired and the stamping mojo will be gone. If I can’t stamp then, they won’t have food or shoes. So, in order to keep poor little Ella, Denver and Adria shod this year, I’m posting only one. Yeah, I know, I have lots of issues and you haven’t heard the half of them. Close friends will be happy to inform you of my phobias (heights – and it’s not the height I’m afraid of because I love parasailing etc.) and other irrational fears.
But I digress again. Here’s the card. It’s for class. I’ve called it April Showers because all of the cards will use water, in some fashion. This one’s been watercolored. Now, of course, you are welcome to email or call and sign up for class. Morning class is 9:30am to Noon and Evening is 6:30pm to 9pm. See you soon.
