I will survive!  I think that is a song and I’m hoping it’ll be my story as well.  As many of you know, Adria torched my camera and I’m still without a working digital camera.  I resisted the siren song of a digital camera for years.  I had bought one about 5 years ago and used it for one vacation and really didn’t see the advantages of the thing.  In fact it was a pain as the batteries kept dying!  I loved the color of my SLR Canon and while I spent a small fortune on Kodak and Fuji film, I just said "NOPE, no digital!"  Well, last year, I was lured into buying one and I’ve found that really liked it.  Now that I’m without it, I feel completely lost.  So, if my scans are bad, it might be the camera.

Adria is living like a monk.  Nothing digital or electronic until after Christmas!  I even confiscated her digital camera.  Long story there!   So I still have posting abilities, just using a basic Kodak Easy Share.  (Nice camera for a teen and the money!)

I’ve got a baby shower to attend for a third shift co-worker tomorrow morning.  Here’s part of our gift.  Denver and I voraciously consumed the Pirouettes that came in this can.   We were more than willing to do our part for the team.  I simply recovered the can with Close to Cocoa DSP.  Stamped tissue paper to match and made several thank you cards for the mom-to-be.
