We are back home safe and sound. Kids and I left for Portland OR last week Wednesday for a quick visit to relatives and I was able to attend the Portland Regional for SU on Friday. We had a wonderful time and I came home with lots of ideas for my Hostess Appreciation Event coming up. I really can’t wait to share. Rob’s sister’s family in in Oregon City so that’s really who we went to see and I threw in the Regional event for a side trip. I’ll post some pictures later but I’m trying to catch up on wash and paperwork…
So on to the Blog Challenge. Here’s the bad news. I think I was booted from the Blog Group for not posting in a timely manner! Eeeks. I do have my challenge done but to be honest, it was pretty low on the list before I left on Wednesday. I have been late before so I think the Challenge moderator decided I wasn’t contributing to the standards of the group…..ooops..sorry!. Well, here’s what’s probably my final project for the Blog Challenge group. boo hoo. I’ll leave the links up for a while so that you can still enjoy the others. (maybe I’ll have to lurk and be an unofficial challenge?)
The Challenge was to create an ornament. I’m working on some displays for Stamping and Scrapbooking Expo in November and I’m working with the Winter Bright Simply Scrapping Kit and is a take off on a card that’s included in my Christmas Smorgasbord Class. 
- Stamps: Merry and Bright
- CS: Winter Bright Simply Scrappin Kit
- Inks: Basic Black
- Misc: Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, On Board Trimmings.
