Ha!  That’s just it, I can’t either!  Silence can truly be golden.  Big kids are off at school and the wee one is down for a nap.  Can it get much better than this!  I’ve got lots to accomplish in the next 12 minutes so I’d best get going.

I’m hoping to share a sample from my Halloween/Thanksgiving Rubberstamping Class coming up on Oct 5th.  Now I’ve got a few openings in both the AM and Evening sessions so email ASAP to secure your spot.  You can email me at stampwithsarah@wi.rr.com.   Now this class will be held at my Stamping Cottage here at the house.   For those of you that are new to this blog, that’s Waukesha, WI.  Yeah, I’m pretty close to both Mukwonago and Delafield too and even Milwaukee if you don’t mind a nice 20-30 minute drive.

So here’s the finished sample.  It’s a simple popcorn pull favor.  For the sample, I did use the popcorn, but because that’s really kind of "yesterday", we’ll be jazzing up this to make Thanksgiving Survival Kit.  It’ll include a keepsake memento to jot down your 10 things you’re thankful for, a toothpick and some more must have items.  Trust me, it’s going to be adorable!

So here it is.  I used Dotted Autumn, Apple Cider Background Papers and the Pumpkin Pie Spectrum pads which are a few of the items that my Stamps By Mail customers are getting in their SBM monthly kits.  (Yeah, email if you need more info on that as well)

Blog I will be doing a tutorial on this technique for those of you that are on my mailing list.  It will be in the September newsletter.  (Signup on the left hand side of this blog under newsletter signup!) but better yet, attend the class and make it in person.

Ok, must run.  Ella’s squeaking and I’m a week behind on my blog challenges, kids have piano lessons in a few minutes and I have to finish a final wedding sample that I’m doing for a couple.  I should also move some piles before my Opportunity Night tonite.  Unless, I leave them and let everyone think that you don’t have to be neat to run a successful business!  Oh well, it is what it is.  All for now and happy stamping!
