Wow! It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted on this blog. (I typed blob first, I wonder if it was a Freudian slip!) I’ve actually been doing quite a bit of stamping and scrapping lately so I wasn’t sure why I hadn’t updated this. So what was the problem, you ask. I seemed to have blogger’s block, nothing worthy or funny enough to type about. But it hit me this morning after the 3rd cup of coffee! It’s not at all about the words, it’s like a kids comic book, just show me the pictures! Who reads what I’ve typed here anyway!!!
So here are a few things that I’ve been doing.
This was a class I had last week using the Simply Scrappin Kit "Let’s Party". The attendees made 40 cards with this kit. What a stash of cards. According to the scuttlebutt that I heard, they really liked them and making them was a snap. Most finished in just a smidge over 3 hours without even breaking a sweat!

I also had a mini scrapbooking weekend here this past weekend with some friends and family. I had hoped to kick most, no wait, ALL of my family out so that I could be a manic scrapper. Somehow everyone, from 3 months to 41 year olds managed to stay around. I heard…Mom, where’s my shin guards, Mom, I’m hungry, Honey, where’s Ella’s diapers. and so on and so forth.
I did manage to get a bit done but I’m looking forward to warmer weather when I can send them all to the cabin. Progress was hampered a bit because I did tend to fuss too much over every page and the girls finally told me to step away from the page and MOVE on! One of the girls, Timmi had this gigantic basket of ribbon! Was I jealous! I wished they could have stayed longer as I was just getting the hang of adding ribbon bling when she took that big ol’ basket home! Thanks again for sharing!
